How To Install Hydraulic Compression Testing Machine?

What is Hydraulic Compression Testing Machine?

How To Test Concrete Compressive Strength?
- After the specimen is taken out from the maintenance site, the test shall be carried out in time, and the surface of the test piece and the upper and lower pressure bearing surfaces shall be wiped clean.
- Place the test piece on the lower platen or shim plate of the test machine. The bearing surface of the specimen shall be perpendicular to the top surface of the forming. - (Concrete strength grade) C60, the strength value measured by nonstandard specimen should be multiplied by the dimension conversion factor, the value is 200mm * 200mm * 200mm, the specimen is 1.05; the 100mm * 100mm * 100mm specimen is 0.95.
- When the concrete strength is more than C60, should adopt the standard specimen; the use of non-standard specimen, determine the test size conversion coefficient should be.
Compression Testing Machine Hydraulic Oil Maintain
- check whether the oil is clean or not. Generally, oil should be deposited at least once a week from the outlet of the tank, and the quantity depends on the degree of oil pollution until the oil released is free of dirt. Frequent users should remove and clean the oil filter once a month. If dirt blockage is serious or damaged, the oil filter must be replaced.
- frequent use, half a year to change the oil once. At the same time, use kerosene to thoroughly clean the oil tank, oil filter, and oil screen. And repeated several times until cleaning, and then wipe the bottom of the box with towel, but then pour clean oil. If it is found that oil turbidity is not serious at ordinary times, it should be replaced immediately.

When the room temperature is below 20 degrees, hydraulic oil L-HM46 is used.
When the room temperature is above 20 degrees, hydraulic oil L-HM68 is used.
