Cold bend testing machine can bend the steel bar of φ6-φ40, cold bending test and plane reverse bending test. The structure and performance fully meet the requirements of the test specification. It adopts the turning plate bending device. The turning spacing can be adjusted, the bending angle can be indicated, the bending center can be changed conveniently and so on.
GW-40C Cold Bend Testing Machine
GW-40C cold bend testing machine is an important test facility for steel and construction units to check the bending and bending properties of reinforcing bars. Bending tests on steel bars for reinforced concrete, bending the bar at 180° or to bend the same at 90° and then straighten if of at least 20°.

Comparison with traditional methods
The traditional bending test is done on universal testing machine, and the inconveniences of traditional bending test:
- the bending test position of the upper cylinder universal testing machine is relatively high, and the sampling and placing of the cylinder is very inconvenient.
- Although the bending test position of the universal testing machine with lower cylinder is relatively low, the working table is relatively large, and it is not convenient to take and place the samples.
- Universal testing machine (UTM) cannot do two kinds of tests at the same time.
- UTM cannot bend to 180 degrees.
- UTM does not have the function of anti-bending.
The machine can also be used for bending test of steel pipe, extrusion test of steel bar (plate) and bending test of cemented carbide.
