Mechanics Testing

Mechanics testing refers to the mechanical performance test. Mainly for the mechanical properties of metals to be detected, the conventional metal tensile, complete, yield, flattening, hardness and other aspects of the performance test.
The main mechanical aspects of metal materials are mainly tested:
1. strength and plasticity test: tensile strength, bending strength, friction and wear properties (friction coefficient, wear), creep properties and dynamic mechanical properties;
2. hardness test: tear resistance (tear strength), shear properties (shear strength);
3. Impact toughness test: impact properties (notched impact strength, notched impact strength) and compressive properties;
4. fatigue strength test: fatigue strength (fracture) these test items are applicable to all kinds of metal materials and metal products testing.
