What is TYA-2000 Concrete Compression Testing Machine?
- compression testing machine: the measuring accuracy is + 1%, and the failure load of the specimen should be greater than 20% of the full range of the press, and less than 80% of the total range of the press. It shall be equipped with a loading speed display device or a loading speed control device, and shall be uniformly and continuously loaded.
- The concrete strength grade of greater than or equal to C60, the specimen should be fortified around cracking device. The plane tolerance of the upper and lower platen of the test machine is 0.04mm, the surface hardness is not less than 55HRC, and the thickness of hardened layer is about 5mm. If not conform to the requirements, the thickness should be no less than 25mm, flatness and hardness of the same test machine and steel plate.
